Chris is dedicated to the whole person concept of mental, spiritual, and physical health. Her range of personal and professional experience include working with children and families concerning attachment and bonding. Chris relates and is sensitive to her experience with bereavement and addiction counseling. She engages her clients with Cognitive Behavior Therapy when it is suited for the individual. Mental health and self-care are areas of primary importance in her desire to empower individuals to gain new insight, change and re-create their story in order to lead a more fulfilling life. Chris is married and has five children. She and her husband co-founded a children's home in Central America, 23 years ago. She travels there several times a year and keeps involved by volunteering her time and sharing her love with those children. She is an avid cook, gardener and health and fitness enthusiast.
