It is Nancy’s privilege to help others find hope and healing in the midst of challenges – including anxiety, depression, or loneliness; feeling lost in destructive patterns of unhealthy relationships; being stuck or unhappy in careers; experiencing grief for lost loved ones that continues to feels unreal or unmanageable; and feeling trapped in a cycle of unwanted or unhealthy thoughts or behaviors resulting from past trauma. She wants her clients to know there is hope and that we were designed to heal. This healing often takes place within safe relationships and connections with others – and therapy provides that safe relationship where real changes can occur.

Nancy uses a variety of therapeutic approaches, including Person-Centered Therapy, CBT, EMDR, Emotion-Focused Therapy, and others as best suit the individual. Whatever the approach, each counseling session is infused with encouragement, warmth, humor, and compassion. She serves individuals, couples, and families via telehealth for their added privacy and convenience. Research shows telehealth is equally effective as in-person therapy for the majority of those seeking help.

Nancy had a successful career in the business sector prior to pursing her passion of helping people change and grow.  She is a native Texan who enjoys the beauty of Pennsylvania.
